Despite our online request to book a non-smoking room, the inexperienced front desk staff told me to accept a room in the smoking floor. There was no free internet wi-fi, even in the hotel lobby. Though listed one of the items in the hotel confirmation paper, there were no welcome drinks included with our package. A long walking distance from the lift to our twin bedroom but only offered one bath and one hand towel. No body lotion was provided too.augustbee
Stayed for 1 week at the hotel and found the it quite enjoyable. The memorabilia and photos in each room made it unique and it is not everyday the bell boy dropping off the bags advises “Have a rocking good stay!!”. If you are looking for professional 5 star then this is not the place for you but if you want something a little bit different then definitely worth considering. The location is perfect with a simple stroll through to universal studios, the restaurants and other areas of Sentosa. The pool is amazing and 1 of the best I have ever experienced and after staying at the hard rock I think every pool should be pumping out music. The food, cleanliness and bed quality were all fine. The quality ipod dock was appreciated. The reception areas were dim but that just added to the ambience espescially when combined with some great music coming from the bar.kgb668
Had a great rate at 50% off. Also, only hotel that could have 3 people in a room as I was with my teenage kids. Had to pay extra for the pull out bed. Would have thought the hotel would let us have a proper quilt instead of a blanket for the extra bed. I had to call Housekeeping to ask for extra pillow and quilt and they told me to check the wardrobe which I did and there weren’t any bedding there. Only rock feel to the room were the neon like lights. Nothing else great. BUt hotel was clean.LionAngel
Room was quite nice and room is of medium size. A music docker was provided on the desk. Toilet area is separated from shower. The Room was clean and neat. And the bed is very comfortable too. Overall a good stay experience.Jieyin
